It still surprises me in this new era of computational photography they continue to place so much reliance on a small cluster of sensors. Why not drastically increase the number of smaller optical elements in order to synthesize images which would be a combination of image angles, resolutions and light waves more akin to a 3-D scanned, textured and lit scene?

That proved to be correct. 

As for the dividends, it ain't that much for us small timers. Keeps us in coffee and a sweet roll, but that's about it. 

Even though I’m making about as much with AAPL dividends as I make from my annual salary, I’ve never been a fan of the dividends or buybacks. They’re both signs of a lack of creativity with their cash. Apple has a massive war chest and a CEO more concerned about appeasing critics and making political points than pouring the money back into the company.
