On a serious note this is very good news. The industrial world is stuck on MS Windows for the most part (99,9%), so any cracks that Apple can open up is a good thing. -

Hopefully in 5 years Apple is almost 100% vertically integraded and does not have to rely on any vendor to provide parts.
This could tie Apple up in legal knots for years and years. Sometimes it is cheaper and easier just to pay Broadcom.
I'd also expect real estate prices in East Texas (close to the courthouse) will rise significantly if Apple does this.

Well, well, well... iOS Photos is really screwed up. Quite a few photos and videos no longer appear in Photos and appear to be unrecoverable. Thanks a lot, Apple.
And it is utterly inexplicable why the hell they decided to bury AirDrop inside of the Control Center wifi panel (accessible with a long press). Completely bizarre.
