  • What the Apple Silicon M1 means for the future of Apple's Macs

Could some explain why they were not able to update the higher end MacBook Pros with the M1?
COVID, supply chain overwhelm with new products take your pick! 😜

  • Facebook CFO says personalized advertising 'under assault' by Apple privacy changes

What ever happened to the common decency of asking a person for permission and consent in anything “personally” involving them, their family or anything associated with them? I guess no one has any right to privacy if some one else can monetize their personal information for the benefit of corporate shareholders and CREEPY Business Execs. I think it is time for a Citizens Ballot Initiative in every State to force an opt-in requirement on everything associated with the internet, the use of any personal information or anything of a  personal nature. Facebook and other creeps need to find a newer no so creepy and intrusive business model. Apple is doing you the favor of having some business versus none at all. All sides of the political spectrum are going after Section 230 and other tech abuse of personal information. Read the tea 🍃.

  • Entire Apple Watch Series 6 package must be returned if Solo Loop, Braided Solo Loop don't...

I received my watch today and discovered the above mentioned sizing constraint. I took it to my local Apple Store who exchanged my oversized Braided Band (Size 11) for a gift card. I kept my Titanium Watch even though they did not have any Braided Band in stock for an exchange.

Prior to going to the store, I knew the store did have any Braided Bands in stock, so I purchased a Sports Band (Size 10). This size seemed to be the proper fit. I did noticed the band was slightly tight when I first put it upon my wrist. After a minute or less the fit was snug. The warmth from my wrist seem to loosen the fit. With this in mind, I would advised anyone who is in between sizes with the new Sport or Braided Apple Watch Bands to purchase the lower size.

  • Be patient with developers, as a one-day warning before the full iOS 14 release is too sho...

    Here’s a thought..

Since Apple is a proprietary hardware company that exist to enrich its shareholders, software releases are driven by the hardware releases period! Over the last few iOS cycles, certain developers have used their early access to drill down into the code and  exposed and leaked future products names and details. This sad history along with the latest Fortnight controversy, I would not be surprised that iOS 14 GM was released on a short notice as a reminder of who actually owns, control, trademarks and patents the various Apple OS’s and all the hardware that they supports!. In other words:

I think BIG DADDY/MOMMA just slapped all the whining witches to remind them that they all get fed by food and the table that he/she provides for his customers and graciously lets developers partake in! 😜

  • Apple AirPods and Beats charging case technology targeted in patent suit

I do not usually make comments but is not all of this after Apple MagSafe Adapters? It seems that all of the devices in question are all a derivative of MagSafe which Apple officially announced at MacWorld back on January 10, 2006. And yes, I was there for the announcement and I did purchase several generations of MacBook over the eons that used a “magnetic connector” aka MagSafe.
