Epic Games admits its own developer agreements ban rule-breakers
Really!
Here are a few facts and thoughts about this whole trial and the constant entitled AppStore griping:
How about if you do not like the rules, you pay for the licenses, patents, R&D and manufacturing of your own devices and the software that consumers will buy.
Just because my store is bigger and my consumers are richer, I don’t have to let you hang out and make a living in my store or from my customers!
If by chance, I do decide to let you hang out in my store and make a living, here are my rules. If you don’t like MY RULES which as a private entity I can make as arbitrary as I wish, you can go hangout and make a living elsewhere!
As an Apple Shareholder, I did not think anyone making money in the AppStore is entitled to have access to “my” customers, software, hardware or IP without paying me for my return on investment!
And YES, the risk you take by being in my store is the fact that I can and will make my own products at a discount to compete with yours while making my products more attractive to my customers!
Lastly, if you do not like any of the fore mentioned thoughts and facts, you can sell your wares and goods else where. It’s a FREE country but my store is not! Welcome to Business 101 and REAL LIFE!

New Apple TV Siri Remote incompatible with some tvOS games
A TV remote should have not ever been considered or use as a GAME CONTROLLER in the first place.
"Anything can be forced to converge, but the problem is that products are about tradeoffs, and you begin to make tradeoffs to the point where what you have left doesn't please anyone,". "You can converge a toaster and a refrigerator, but those things are probably not going be pleasing to the user." — Tim Cook 2012
In this case, it look like Apple just canceled its Toaster/Frig mistake! 😎 -
Entire Apple Watch Series 6 package must be returned if Solo Loop, Braided Solo Loop don't...
I posted this on 09/21/20 :
I received my watch today and discovered the above mentioned sizing constraint. I took it to my local Apple Store who exchanged my oversized Braided Band (Size 11) for a gift card. I kept my Titanium Watch even though they did not have any Braided Band in stock for an exchange.
Prior to going to the store, I knew the store did have any Braided Bands in stock, so I purchased a Sports Band (Size 10). This size seemed to be the proper fit. I did noticed the band was slightly tight when I first put it upon my wrist. After a minute or less the fit was snug. The warmth from my wrist seem to loosen the fit. With this in mind, I would advised anyone who is in between sizes with the new Sport or Braided Apple Watch Bands to purchase the lower size.
Since that day, I have can personally attest to the fact that the Apple Watch Band template is not to scale. From my experience and from the experience of my significant other, the Solo Band should be bought at a size that is one size below the Apple’s cut-out template while the Braided Loop Band should be bought at a size that is one or two sizes below the template depending where your wrist lands on the scale (toward the front or middle or back). Both the Solo and Braided Bands are very comfortable and seemed to conform to the wrist without except one they are slipped on beyond the hand. As in any new product or tech, I have learned to expect a couple of hiccup without complaint whenever I have been an early adopter! I hope this helps others. -

Apple has made it clear how you should wear your Apple Watch
I have always worn all of my watches on the inside of my left wrist with the crown in the up position without any issues for years. I am right handed. I wear my watches in this position like most first responders and military personnel to avoid the watch making contact with hard surfaces during various physical activities. From my experience, Apple Watches seem to detect my heart rate with ease due to there probably being more blood vessels, arteries and veins on the inside of the wrist than the top of the wrist. I have also noticed that wearing my watches on the inside of the wrist makes it easier for me to see the display and it helps to minimize most unwanted broadcast of light and other attention distractions that can affect others around me.
