They fixed the issue where if you’re scrolling and accidentally touch a link, it automatically opened it. Don’t know if anyone else had that problem or not but it was extremely annoying.

Speed testing iOS 11 versus iOS 12 on an iPhone X
He did say 6 plus and it does load faster on the 6 plus as I have the beta on here now. Not sure about 40 percent, though. Camera is way faster for sure.
