Nah, Tim Cook should remain. He has done a great job overall and the services pivot is fantastic.

Craig should have been axed some years ago though. iPad OS is a dog compared to what it could be, Apple Intelligence miss is on him etc.

Also puzzled why a company of Apples resources cannot keep rapid product development on all of their product lines in parallel. 

Overall great improvements and evolution. Memory bandwidth seems to be lower than the theoretical peak bandwidth of the RAM type used. Does anyone know why?

M3Ultra instead of M4Ultra is likely due to Apple being hard at work during 2024 to make that happen and would have had to start over if skipping directly to M4Ultra.

Hopefully any lessons learned with M3Ultra can help accelerate M4Ultra.

Overall it makes eminent sense for Apple to invest in its largest market in the world similar to how it is investing in other markets to ensure market penetration and traction.
