Video: Should you preorder Apple's iPhone 8, or wait for iPhone X?
ben20 said:Why would you anybody buy iPhone 8 when you can get iPhone 10?
If I knew that I would be able to have one delivered on Nov. 3 then I would wait. However most signs are pointing to the X being severely supply-constrained well into the first half of 2018. At that point we are 2/3 of the way through the iPhone cycle and I've wasted the many months that I could've been enjoying my 8+.
That's why I'm going for the 8+ this year instead of the X. When the X-style phone becomes the standard iPhone is when I will jump on board. Either way, all three new phones are great new upgrades for anyone who is interested. I just don't have the patience to wait until (insert unknown date here) when I can have the new 8+ in less than a week. Impatient? Sure. But I'm fine with that.

Apple CEO Tim Cook to appear on 'Good Morning America,' says AirPods stay put during exercise
Some people...such as myself...simply have ears that are not shaped in a way that prevents earbuds from falling out.
I have never found a pair of earbuds that would remain secure in my ears without some sort of rubber "wing" that holds it in place. Regular earbuds of any brand simply fall out because I don't have a little lip on the bottom of my ear (it's flat), therefore there is nothing to secure it in place.
It's no big deal as I just find a pair that is compatible with my ear shape such as the Bose ear buds. -
