Headphone jack removal apologists, take note. Wireless not always as great as it sounds.
Pretty sure you can still used wired headphones even without the headphone jack. So missing your point? It's called lightning connected (not wireless) headphones
Yes because Lightning headphones are so plentiful on the market. Oh wait...they're not.  Apple doesn't even make them.

  • New photos of alleged Lightning EarPods for Apple's 'iPhone 7' match recent leak

Does anyone know if Apple or anyone else makes a Lightning-to-Parallel Port adapter? I have an old OKIdata dot-matrix printer that I'd really like to use with my iPad. It's sad that Apple has ignored parallel port-using customers in its desire to move forward and advance the state of the art.

This is where I insert the Henry Ford "a faster horse" quote.

I love how the people who will have no problem dropping $700 on a brand-new iPhone are already groaning about not being able to use the headphones that shipped with their 1983 Walkman. Cry me a river.
My 2015 $300 Bose noise cancelling headset didn't ship with my 1983 Walkman, but you expect me to just throw that away so I can have an iPhone that is 1mm thinner.  That makes sense only in the mind of an Apple fanboy.  There's a reason why that jack has been around for so long...because it works and it works well.

This is where I insert the quote "if it isn't broke, don't fix it".

  • Apple expected to ditch aluminum, release glass-backed iPhone with OLED display in 2017

That should boost the bottom-line of Apple's repair business.

Someone citing sources is not speculation. Someone speculating, and saying they are speculating, is speculation. I realize you don't like Kuo, and he may very well end up being wrong on this one. But he has consistently nailed Apple's future product plans months before anyone else, time and time again, for years. As long as he keeps providing accurate information, we'll keep covering him.
There's a difference between nailing product plans (which is debatable considering some of them are no brainier stat any one of us could nail) and sales projections. And considering Apple doesn't release sales figures for the Watch these predictions can never be proven right or wrong.
If "anyone" could nail these product plans since they are "no brainers" then why don't we see articles quoting your statements on AppleInsider?  After all, it's so easy that you claim anyone could do it.

  • Apple cuts entry price of Apple Watch to $299

Still waiting for the second generation watch.  With so many improvements to be had and the watch being nearly a year old, I'm not buying the first generation model.
