calling it now, apple's new earbuds will be called AirPods. they will connect wirelessly, but have a wire going between the two earbuds. this wire will have the control clicker thingie, and another piece in the middle with a magnetic connector. this will allow you to magnetically snap on a cord that plugs into your lightning jack, turning them into wired earbuds
