Apple pushes iPhone 6s pop-up ads to App Store users on older iPhones, angering users
So, you open the App Store (which is owned by Apple) and you're surprised that they then pop up a quick advert about a new product they have released. An advert that you can quickly skip past. The Music app asked me once if I wanted to subscribe to or trial Apple Music and hasn't asked me since, even when upgrading my phone's OS. I don't care about that, again, that's just Apple advertising something they are offering and is quickly dismissed. It's not quite an advert in the OS, it doesn't pop up whilst you're creating a text message or using any of the other functions. This is no different to adverts in free apps that you can download. If this offends you so much then you can go and buy whatever phone you want, I couldn't care less personally. Although, I did obviously care enough to write this on here though.
