People in this thread are so ungrateful. These are the people who make the products that you cherish so much. These are the people who make you all that money from your APPL stock.

They have every right to ask for a more modern way of working. Apple has every right to say no but it'll be their loss when they lose experienced people to companies offering better benefits. Apple can either compete with the rest of the market or face a recruitment/retention crisis.

Meh, people young enough to have grown up with the Internet know how to communicate and collaborate effectively remotely. It's just a shame that their older bosses don't understand that.

People have realised that they don't want to - and shouldn't need to - waste their lives commuting back and forth between an office.

It's not ground-breaking but it is starkly different from everything else on TV right now. It's unsurprising that a show that's so relentlessly positive and wholesome has struck a chord with people during these times.

I assume that iOS doesn't have any kind of paging mechanism to stop apps being killed when they go to background?

I'd assumed that companies like Facebook would soon find away around Apple's ATT. Judging by how much they're crying about it, perhaps not.
