Facebook was previously a co-host for the 2012 and 2016 electoral debates, but there is no word on why the social network isn't doing the same for 2020.
I'd certainly assume they want to avoid the appearance of being invested in politics altogether in this particular election cycle. Wise move IMO. Their name has come up too often already in connection with the previous two presidential elections and almost universally negative. I guess Apple thinks the potential positives for their business will outweigh the negatives.
I'm sure Apple will broadcast the GOP debates when they begin.
Except there won’t BE any GOP debates to cover. Trump has already said he probably will not debate any challenger. And I’m not aware of any GOP challengers that matter anyway.
Once again missed my point, people are calling out Apple for giving an outlet to a political debate saying it looks like an endorsement of a particular party. My point is there will only one party holding these debates so how could it look like bias.

9to5Mac has a discussion thread/poll going asking the question what political position or line would Apple have to cross to make you stop buying their products.
Better vote they way they want you to or else they'll shadow ban you.  :D
I'm sorry you were shadow banned, that should never happen to a white man in America.

If this guy Terrence Collingsworth is so cared of younger people working and making living to feed themselves and family than he should give his own money to them. If he is lawyer than must not be making enough living.
You realize that child labor is banned in all western nations? I hope you consider sending your children to work in such conditions because you believes that its fine for others.

I spoke with Tim in a conveyance call and he asked me to thank you all for your great advice and he will do whatever you suggest. He also wanted apologize for not doing his job as well as most AI readers could.

Climate change is not about putting the AC up a notch, putting on another sweater, it's about major disruption of a system we all depend upon. Apple products depend on specific metals which are not home grown but come from regions of the world which might suffer the worst in regards to flooding, famine, drought, civic unrest and political corruption. The price to make an iPhone etc... will skyrocket when a fragile resource chain is broken. Science deniers which most of those commenting here seem to be are not thinking beyond their own front door. It's a big complicated world out there and we are all dependent on each other regardless if you understand that or not.
