Trump demands 25% tariff on any iPhone not made in the US
Extortion? Backtracking? Did no one learn anything from January 6?
Remember Richard Nixon's comment to David Frost: If the President does it, it's not illegal.
Nixon's party of law and order, fiscal responsibility and small government has been completely co-opted by a conman. Voters have put this party in charge of the Executive and Legislative branches, and the fact that most members of the judiciary hew toward this party's views means the President can do whatever he wants.

US will not tolerate EU fine against Apple, says White House
twolf2919 said:The Trump Administration is the most extornist Administration in American history. For them to call the EU simply enforcing their laws (that are disadvantageous to American companies) extortion is just hilarious.
I call this 'Revenge of the Rubes.' The same rural voters who watched in horror as Barack Obama was elected – twice – now think that someone who lacks Obama's thoughtful, analytical approach is bound to put things right.
God help us.

Spirit Airlines pays off victim after Apple Watch proves her luggage was stolen
The airline compelled the lady to check her bag, and then an airport employee rifled it and took what he wanted. Had it not been for Spirit, the incident would not have occurred. In my view, they're liable beyond whatever 'courtesy' they choose to offer.
Baggage handlers and porters are the 'weakest link' in TSA's perimeter. Absent a thorough background check - which obviously didn't happen in this case, unless this was young Bazile's first rodeo - there's no real back-of-house security that will prevent another terrorist disaster.
If anyone wants to argue this point, I'd be happy to be told I'm wrong. I fly frequently, and this is a constant worry of mine.

Soon, you'll be able to stream Windows through a Microsoft app on iPad, Mac, and iPhone
My thought exactly! I think I've added six or seven years to my lifespan by assiduously avoiding Microsoft products. Why would I want to use Windows App?
I guess I could live in hope and believe that Windows App is going to be less buggy than Windows. I fear that the more charitable side of my nature isn't that strong.
