The tablet itself is radiating you with a WIDE variety of radio frequencies, above, below, and at the bluetooth frequencies.  Heck, you probably get more RF from the power cord than you get from Bluetooth.

In addition, the next OS releases from Apple will turn on a bluetooth beaconing feature that will enable devices to send bluetooth signals even if the devices are off.

I think that Apple's viewing any device that requires you to wear the watch at night opens up uncomfortable questions about charging that Apple kinda doesn't want to open up. Many people aren't comfortable with wearing a watch to bed. Luckily, I'm not one of them, but my wife is.

You are correct, although I never understood that grammar portion of the English language.

In this case, "general" is an adjective modifying "attorney", it just is weird because it comes *after* the noun (because of its French origins.)

English is pretty much a dumpster fire of a language in any case.
