    About 8 months ago I sent an email to Tim Cook about an issue I was having with my MAC & Apple Music, I received a phone call the next morning from Tom Cook's office. The individual left a message & a return phone number and called again that afternoon. The person quickly resolved the issue I was having and then someone else called a few days later to make sure everything was OK. How many companies are that responsive to their Customers?
