  • San Francisco Bay Area Clipper Card now supports Apple Pay with Express Transit

Unfortunately, enabling it on the phone or watch disables the card itself.  I'm not sure I like that, because my phone doesn't have that 5 hour reserve.  The article should have said that applies to some iPhones, but not all.
That's bizarre.  So if you lose your phone, you also lose the card?
It’s good news that they are disabling the card based on the experience they had several years ago with the rollout of some of the first express transit cards. Several people were getting charged twice, once from their iPhone and then again from their physical card which was too close to the terminal.

  • Apple adds 'Privacy' collection to iOS Tips app

To keep your Photos private just go to your Settings > Privacy >  Photos and you will see which apps have requested access. Restrict to your heart’s content.

The same applies to Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, and many other apps.

  • Apple working on technology to finally allow iOS devices to support multiple users

I would prefer if Apple would cut the mandatory music upload to iPhone / iPad with iTunes.
Just allow uploading music with Files to a local folder which the Music app can use as library.
You do not need iTunes to upload music anymore. Just enter “How to upload music to an iPhone” in your browser for the latest options.

  • Dual SIM iPhone 12 users may not get 5G speeds

Dual SIM is pretty much useless unless you buy your phone outright.  Any carrier deal that helps you buy it cheaper (contract or bill credits) and the carrier will not let you use another carriers SIM as the 2nd one.  The phone is basically locked to your carrier.  It sucks because technically, I'm still using (and paying for) service from the primary carrier but am forbidden to use a secondary carrier (say when I travel international, which isn't happening any time soon thanks to COVID).

My understanding is that when you buy a phone from a carrier the eSIM is locked, however most carriers will unlock the eSIM when requested after 30 or 90 days.
