That would be difficult, as Israel has heavily invested in technology, and several large companies do r&d there. For example a lot of the technology in Intel Core processors was developed in Israel, with origins in the Pentium M processor.

Heh, if you look up that MDM documentation, it’s clearly stated that MDM is targeted at managing devices you own or control. An app developer doesn’t meet that criteria.  The app developers should have known better especially considering they have been cracking down on MDM abuse with all apps.

That being said, once Apple figures out how to handle privacy issues, they should open up the Screen Time API’s, but only if customer information is protected.

Nvidia's statement is that Apple controls who can/is making drivers for Mojave.  Is that really the case?  I'm pretty sure any hardware developer can develop drivers for the Mac, get them signed with a developer certificate, and then package them up into an installer if Apple doesn't want to include them in the operating system.  Has something changed with Mojave that isn't being explained here or in the first article?

As someone who works in the field if information security, the lack of foresight on some of these replies is incredible.

2FA isn’t perfect, but it’s heck of a lot better than just a password. Even if you use a complex unique password for your Apple ID, 2FA provides an additional layer of security if there’s a compromise. Most end users don’t think about information security best practices until a compromise has already occurred. This lawsuit is a waste of any courts time.
