Just another story supporting why I only buy Apple products directly from Apple. Even Amazon is dicey.

The DOJ should have saved this for next year. They know what they should be focusing on.

I haven't bothered with antivirus software since OSX was introduced.

Old system = $2700 for six years. Subscription cost would be almost double that amount for six years at $4320. 

Double $2700 would be $5400. Anyway, $2700 twelve years ago when Adobe went to subscription was the equivalent of $3800 now. I stand by my point. $60 a month is cheap for what you get. And their apps are far better than they were over a decade ago.

This article was written in various places about Pixelmator, Sketch, etc a few years back. How'd that go?

Less than one hour of freelance time pays for the power and Dozens of apps/services I receive with my Creative Cloud subscription each month. 

Adobe is the industry standard and is comparatively cheaper than back when you bought upgrades each year or so for each separate application.

Nobody looks at your resume and says, "Oh, Wow! They use Canva!"
