Yes. And so do modern MacBooks. I stopped using an external DAC a few years back.

Didn't work. Third party music apps such as Sirius/XM still often sound like when you partially pull a headphone jack out and it sounds echoey. 

Other than restarting the HomePods, I have found opening the Apple Music app sometimes fixes it.

I tend to not watch trailers, as they seem to take away from the enjoyment of a movie when it is actually seen, and I haven’t seen the trailer for this movie. I’m looking forward to July 10 as I usually like Tom Hanks’ choice of roles.

Wrong. The Academy announced that streaming films will be eligible for Oscar consideration (just for next year's Oscars, assuming that the virus doesn't continue to be mishandled). The truth is that the vast majority of films seen by members are watched on video anyway.

The experience in the ad (minus the visual change and dancing) is pretty accurate. When you walk through a noisy city such as mine, you can really eliminate sound. I switch back and forth between modes depending on what level of awareness I judge is needed for the situation. The sound quality is consistent in both modes. Really amazing. I still use my regular AirPods in quiet situations, but if I was forced to choose between the two, I would pick the Pro, without hesitation.
