Actually, you can completely disable the mic and camera all together pretty easily or move the shutter over the camera so I'll give them credit for acknowledging folks would want more privacy in the bedroom...

iPhone, iPad and Mac do all of the same things...If Apple weren't collecting the same level of data they would simply say to consumers "buy Apple because we don't collect any data of any kind on our users"...but they don't. You don't think there are stored recordings of Siri requests and what do you think is happening when "Hey Siri" is enabled?

such a BS lawsuit - if you're that concerned about having your children's voices recorded then don't use voice activated devices or do proper research on how these devices work and determine if it's appropriate to have them in the company of your children...we can now expect to have the entire experience of the Echo and other such devices ruined simply because yet another parent won't take responsibility.

If Apple is going to produce a 5G chip for 2025 (5.5 years) and Srouji is right that the delays Intel has had never would've happened at Apple, Intel would've had to start development of this chip more than 5.5 years ago in order for Srouji to make good on his notion that these issues never would've happened at Apple...we'll see how it goes I guess, if it was that simple why didn't Apple start producing their own modem chips sooner? Why employ a 3rd party at all?????
