  • Google's next big Android update to support iPhone X-style 'notches'

If I see the note 9 with a notch I'll stick with my note 8. I doubt the big android players will notch their phones, especially after Samsung came out with that brilliant commercial growing up.

With that said, how about you give me what I want .good phone with good features

There are no big android players besides samsung.

I think if you asked 100 people about which system they preferred, you might see a higher proportion opting for Android.

iOS has had a shaky run on usability for many reasons and has had a long list of utterly terrible usability problems.

Having used both, iOS on phones would have to change a lot for me to choose it over Android. Of course, there is Android and there is Android and there lies part of the problem. Which parts of iOS stand out for usability?

LOL they buy android because it's cheap they take the crappy os for granted.

  • Stacking up Apple HomePod, Amazon Echo and Google Home

Google will be using your data in a way they are not allowed. When they get cought they will say it's a software bug. This is the way they do business. It happened so many tiems before. When Vimeo disappears from search results it's a bug, when Yelp and Tripadvisor ratings disappear it's a bug. Yeah right.

  • NYPD begins rolling out 36,000 iPhone 7, 7 Plus handsets to Manhattan cops

iPhones are not made for people who work outside for a living. They are far too fragile and temperamental.

The NYPD is going to be pissed less than two years from now when all these iPhone 7s are throttled "for the their benefit".

Ya' know, 'cause the batteries go bad on iPhones for people who actually use them often. And the are people sitting in offices in California know what is good for police officers in New York City. And somehow those distant people have control over those phones whether is the perceived age of the battery or one of the many of the required updates.

Unfortunately you never really own an iPhone.

    Worst troll post ever?

Great article.  It's so strange how every other publication I can find seems to look for anything negative they can say about Apple.  Just weird.

It has allways been that way. They just can't stand Apple. The Watch is a failure, Apple lost their cool, the iPad is a useless toy the iPhoneX does not sell, Google play wiil be bigger in a few years, etc. etc. Back in the days they talked crap about Apple but now we are in the clickbait area and there is no end in sight.
