iPadOS 13.1 downloaded fine for my iPad Pro.  For my iPhone XS Max,  it kept on saying 13.0 was the most recent update until I went to bed last night.  Today,  It keeps on saying that it encountered an error trying to access software updates 

Question though,  does that mean they won't be releasing any more Betas for 13.0?  or when they become available, will they be side by side?  

Even though all the companies seem to want to jump onto this,  seeing the problems Samsung had with theirs,  I'm pretty sure it would be quite some time before Apple would have one, if ever.  Minor issues aside,  Apple doesn't want to release products with severe design flaws.  Yeah, they have a patent out there,  Part of me feels like they did it, not because they were really going to make it,  but to have it just in case,  and to see if the competition would try to jump on it and release a flawed product, in an effort to be first 

That's not surprising with Duet Display.  I tried it for a short time as a Cintiq type thing for my iPad and I ended up getting my money back because the whole thing was always buggy as hell.

of course, CNet posts an article saying that the iPhone 8 sales are horrible in China....but CNet always seems to be ripping on Apple
