This is simply not true. I have a Creative Cloud subscription and Adobe Express is included. I do not pay anything extra for this.

Resampling improvements are great! I use On1 Perfect Resize for this purpose, it’s the best tool I’m aware of. But the core resampling engine hasn’t been upgraded in years.

Of course higher capture resolution is the ideal solve. But every capture must occur at a particular size. After that, good resampling allows for further enlargement and is essential to modern display graphic applications. 

It’s great to see someone actively working to improve this functionality.

I haven't tried that particular feature yet, using Topaz Gigapixel the past few months. Thanks for the mention, I'll give it a run and compare.

That's the Mac version of course, I've no idea what the PC version is like.I do have a high end PC with a GTX 1080, it's never occurred to me but does my CC account allow use on either platform, like Steam does?

Yes, you can use Adobe CC on both platforms with a single license. 

If the audio is truly stellar then I’ll fall in love with HomePod despite having to wait for stereo/multi-room features. People want so much from this device that it’s inevitable some will be disappointed. Apple is certainly not overselling it and I think it might end up being an Apple Music player/Homekit controller and not much else (at least at launch). I’m excited nonetheless.
