Just remarkable how they make it sound like there is no competing App Store.   Buy an android if you want multiple app stores.  It’s strategy for that platform and many people like that.  In fact the majority of phone users seems to like that.  I buy Apple for the closed system which is Apples strategy.  Buy the one that works and stop complaining.  Even EPIC can just stay on Android.  If it’s important enough to the consumer, buy an Android.   If it’s important enough for Apple to have EPIC, they will resolve their dispute.  Silly that regulators get involved in this and don’t deal with real issues like pollution, terrorism, food supply contamination, electrical grid resilience.  Lives depend on this stuff.

I hope I can do the same on a Mac in the future.  I would like to avoid spending $100 to $200 on a spider color sync device.  

I hope he wins regardless of the reason his account was terminated and they are forced to write consumer friendly rules.   We are encouraged to buy digital but in reality, we are really renting content that they (Apple, Amazon, Google,  all digital movie publishers, etc.) can take away at any time.  Amazon can pull a book right out of your account after all.  We need some rules around content that make our content ours.  He definitely should have downloaded his content.  But I have tried that and I don’t have enough hard disk space for all those movies!!!!

I know a lot of negligent parents that let their kids have full access to any social media apps and internet sites they want without restriction.  Who is going to filter all that and what’s the point if the parent doesn’t care enough to set all this up?  It’s not just web pages.  

Can I replace the battery or are we expected to throw them away like AirPods?  Or is there an expensive battery replacement fee?   My noise canceling headset has a AAA battery that can be easily swapped.
