Tips: How to use Do Not Disturb in iOS 12 with your iPhone
mike1 said:rwx9901 said:I also use an Apple Watch. When I use DND on my iPhone it automatically sets it for the watch as well. However, during the night my watch face randomly lights up for about 5 seconds or so for no reason at all. Anyone know how to make this stop? I'm having to cover the watch face with a dark cloth just so I don't have to see it flash in the middle of the night. I thought setting DND would make this stop.Probably lights up because it sensed movement. If I walk in the room while it is in nightstand mode, the vibration of me walking is enough to get it to light up.When in bed, I just give a slight shove to my nightstand to get it to show me the time when I wake up in the morning. -

normang said:Climate constantly changes, to think we can actually have any impact on significantly altering the climate is the height of arrogance. It's been warmer in the past than today and its been cooler, we know this..... but somehow altering a carbon footprint is going to save us? This is not to say that we should not try and be prudent in the use of resources, but the proposed changes all mandate government control of your life and all that will do is make things worse for people, not better. -
Worries about Apple Watch EKG false positives are inflammatory nonsense
"If our doctor rushed us into heart bypass surgery solely because of what he or she saw on our Apple Watches, it's not Apple we or our families would be suing afterwards."Seriously? If a doctor SOLELY used this information to rush a person into HBS that's probably not the doctor that person wants to begin with. Good grief. That's like saying my tire's low so go ahead and give me a new one. -
No, Apple, a slightly bent iPad Pro straight out of the box isn't acceptable
Good grief the things that people belly ache about.
Do the people that own this realize what they've got in their possession? Talk about first world problems. So, it's got a slight bent in it. Does it hamper performance? No, it does not.
I wish my life were so in tune with goodness that stupid crap like this would bother me.
The sky is falling the sky is falling!!
Step back from your perfect world and take a deep breath. So many other things to consider and concern ourselves with on this planet and you all focusing on crap like this. Unbelievable.
