  • Kaspersky Password Manager generated easily cracked passwords

Neither this article nor the ZDnet article asked whether this "mistake" could have been created ON PURPOSE. I suppose ZDnet and AI would never consider the idea that crypto code coming from a country that has nukes aimed at us would ever do anything intentional to harm us. I wonder how many other "mistakes" there could be in that product.

I thought just the same, when I read it this article. I don’t trust products coming from Russia or China. Especially software!

  • Facebook-backed study claims default apps dominate on iPhone, Android

What a little whiny bitch. So typical of millennials—and they have more money than god. If this is such a financial hardship, build your own platform from the ground up, then make hardware, THEN make an App Store. Every big player has done it. So fucking annoying.

Yes, but Zuckerberg knows that he can’t do anything like this. That’s why he is in panic and he is desperate.
Remember his “Facebook Phone” a few years ago, who Zuckerberg proudly announced it as the iPhone killer.
But this phone was a real disaster.

Zuckerberg's ego, don't let him understand, that even if Apple was selling its iPhones with Facebook as default app,
it would be removed anyway from the users
Who wants such a “Trojan hors” app on his iPhone?
    Wrong business model Zuck!

  • Qualcomm thinks it can make a laptop chip better than Apple's M1

Qualcomm is trying already years long, without success, to make a better smartphones chip than Apple’s A-series.
Maybe that’s the reason why Qualcomm is saying that “they think they can” make better laptop chip than Apple’s M1,
because they are really “not sure they can” make it.
Any way, if they succeed to make any laptop chip, it will be another bad news for Intel….

  • Man credits Apple Watch Fall Detection for saving his life

I purchased an AW4 when it first came out.  It wasn't for me.  Just could not see the attraction of it.  However, if Apple ever gets a blood-glucose measuring on it, I will buy it again on the spot.
    That's interesting!   I purchased a Series 4 to replace my Series 1 which replaced a Series 0.
At this point, if I had to choose, I would choose the watch over my iPhone.  Technically that's impossible.  But I use my watch more and depend on it more than I do my iPhone.  Actually, except for CarPlay, most of the stuff I use my phone for could be better done on a $350 iPad.  But nothing could replace my watch and all the things it does so well.

    Absolutely! For me to.
