Wait a minute, it is strange but it sounds familiar to me.....did I hear this ever before ......?
Oh yeah, I remember now! Didn’t the chiefs of companies like Black Berry, Nokia en other established at that time phone manufacturers said the same by the introduction of the iPhone?

  • Zuckerberg wants to 'inflict pain' on Apple for privacy changes

"Apple claims this is about privacy, but it's about profit, and we're joining others to point out their self-preferencing anti-competitive nature," Lever added.
Wow, The irony here. Facebook is about making profits from being insecure, and sure, Apple is making profits about being secure. Who would I rather trust here? I think the choice is rather obvious!  :D :D

Exactly, I intended to use just the same arguments.

Appleinsider said : “However, while Facebook is publicly attacking Apple's privacy initiatives,
a profile into the spat between the two tech titans hints it has rumbled along for a few years already.”

I am wondering what kind of tech titan could Facebook be? Do they ever successfully created any hardware product, capable to compete with Apple’s products? I don’t think so..... For me the only thing where Facebook is a really titan, is spying on the users and
    selling their privacy data.

Bring on the heat.  Apple's watch is fancy, trendy, and powerful, but Google's FitBit has been very resourceful, and in many respects, more usable.  If Facebook's watch can last at least 4 days on a single charge like the FitBit, it has a chance at eating some smart watch market on the advantage of efficiency alone.  I'm sorry for any iWatch user that must charge their watch every 24 hours...don't we have enough to manage in life?

Do not tell me how many days the battery of your Fitbit last, tell me what it is capable to do in comparison to Apple Watch. Not much I am afraid...... So no wonder if it is “very resourceful”

  • Intel targets M1 weaknesses in 'You're not on a Mac' ad campaign

It is ridiculous and in the same time very painful for a company like Intel, with more than 30 years experience with creating of computer chips, to compare it self with a company which just released its first one. It only shows, how good the Apple’s M1 chip is.
But with the defending the quality of its own computer chips in this ad, Intel is trying also to reduce the pressure from the PC companies, which are demanding better chips from Intel, in order to be able to compete with the Apple’s M1.
And for Apple, this is just the beginning.........

  • Nissan signals interest in 'Apple Car' following Hyundai exit

We all are speculating, but we don’t know actually Apple’s criteria which will be determining for the choice of eventual partner.
For example,  If Apple’s project is about, let say 65%, of a full completed car concept,  then they will need a partner for the rest of the 35% .
But if Apple has already fully (100%) developed car concept, then they are not going to cooperate with VW or Hyundai just because this companies have already very good chassis. Apple will cooperate with those companies only if they are willing to manufacture Apple’s already developed chassis. And to make it more complicated, here are coming the marketing considerations of every candidate partner.
That’s why, it is not surprisingly, that it takes so lot of time for negotiations and diplomacy before a definitely agreement with any of those car manufacturers
