Yep, Adorama sucks. I ordered a ExpressCard for my 2010 MacBook Pro at the time that didn’t work when I inserted it. I was well within the return window to receive a refund from Adorama. They insisted that I contact the manufacturer for a solution. I never heard back from the manufacturer. I finally was able to obtain a refund from Adorama but not without a lot of frustration and a giant headache. Avoid them like the plague! 

Now I know. If I ever receive this thing, it’ll be the last time I use them.

Same here. It would at least be nice for AI to say something about this. I know it’s a third party reseller but it still had AI’s backing, and I thought maybe the $10 discount was helping AI a little bit so that’s why I did it through Adorama instead of Apple, Inc. Now I’m waiting for weeks while many already have it. Last correspondence from Adorama said that they’re still backordered and also that Nov. 30th is when it should arrive. I’ll believe it when I see it. 

Great to see people got theirs. What about those of us who ordered on the 6th through Apple Insider because of the $10 discount you advertised through Adorama? They emailed on 8th saying they were backordered, and a subsequent email reply sent by myself yesterday was answered essentially with a “we don’t know when we’re going to be able to get the item”. Just wondering if anyone at AI has any answers or if anyone who ordered through AI is having same issue?

I expect a lot of people like white. I didn’t even consider it because it would tend get dingy over time.  A speaker will tend to stay in place catching dust. 

Fair enough. I will say we have a white Google Home (blame the wife) in the kitchen and a white Echo in the kids room, both for a pretty long time, and they still look pretty nice. I for one am not concerned about the white getting too dirty. And if it does, I’ll just give it a wipe now and then.
