There are a number of issues with fast use of switching. Even on the Catalina there were problems using the touch ID button to switch between accounts. And a big Sur, there are further issues with the touch ID button system not working at all. Fast use of switching using Touch ID Used to work a treat, but now it’s well and truly broken. Interesting to see that It is even more broken and the M1. It used to be a fabulous system, but now the coders in that department are clearly asleep.

Maybe they’re having a slumber party with the people who code Apple dictate who are responsible for the errors in this message.

Hmm. The coders seem to have turned my sour face emoji into an Asian script. Apologies - I don’t know what it says. Blame the coders. 

I want the beloved 11 inch form factor back. Or even 12 inch. We have light machines, but what about small. Apple has long served this niche right back to the PowerBook Duos. 😩

What about fast user switching which was destroyed by Catalina?

Not sure whether they were Jonnny's but the best designs I think were the one button clear plastic mouse, and the iSight firewire cam. They are both beautiful designs. As for Johnny maybe he's made some lemons, but on the whole he's done a great job. Why put the boot in AppleInsider?
