Some of Apple's 2018 iPhones may come in new colors like Blue and Orange

As much as some people didn't like the iPhone 5c, I actually really liked it. I think it served its purpose very well for Apple during that time. Making it colored aluminum which Apple has lots of experience in could make it even better as I don't think it would be perceived as "cheap" looking like some said the iPhone 5c was. -
Apple's mini 18W USB-C charger may be real after all
I'm not sure I buy this rumor. If apple bundled an 18W charger with every iDevice, that would simplfiy their portfolio and bring some additional econimies of scale to help with the cost, but Apple just released a 30W USB-C charger. The only devices listed as compatable are recent iDevices, but currently only iPads Pro can take advantage of the full 14.5V @ 2Amp charging capability. I can't imagine that people buying an iPhone would get an 18W charger and people buying an iPad wouldn't. So, Apple would either have to sunset the 12W charger for the whole iPad line and hope there is a signifficant enough upsell rate for the market of Pro buyers (who would be receiving an 18W charger) to justify the engineering of the 30W charger just released, or Apple will bundle the 18W with the iPhone and normal iPad and the 30W with the new iPads pro. Both seem like an unusual proposition. -
Comparing Amazon's Fire TV Cube and the Apple TV 4K

The ATV can turn on the TV as well. As soon as I push a button on its remote the TV turns on. -
AT&T more than doubles 'administration fee' on post-paid phones, tablets and smartwatches

Here in the UK none of her phone networks have silly charges like this. Our plans are also a lot cheaper plus give a lot more data, minutes & texts each month.
I wish these carrieres had better pricing at the lower end of the data usage spectrum. Plans here in Europe are not much cheaper for unlimited, but they are for limited. I pay 25 Euro ($30) for 2.5GB a month for two lines with the market leading coverage (comperable to Verizon) all taxes and fees included. On AT&T the closest comperable is $20 per device (so $40 for two lines) and $50 for 5 GB to share. That is $90 plus taxes and fees for two lines. If I up my data another 2.5 GB to compare, it would cost another 20 Euro ($25). So the same 5 GB service that AT&T charges $90+, I can get for ~$55 all fees included. This can be even cheaper if I choose other carriers with less robust coverage.

AirPods with more features, new studio quality headphones possibly coming from Apple in 20...
I would deffinately buy them if they had some kind of rubberized tip like my Beats X. I have to say that the AirPods were the most impressive tech product I've used recently and the first in the last 5 years that actually gave me a "Wow" feeling and prompted me to sing their praises to all who would listen. Sadly, the hard plasic design hurt the tragus of my ears if I wore them more than 30 minutes at a time and it really made me sad to return them because the tech worked so impressively well. In addition to improved comfort (for me at least) the other advantage to rubberized tips would be some level passive noise canceling. Here's to hoping for gen 2!
