Paris Commercial Court fines Apple over 'abusive' App Store policy
I was part of the small developer class action lawsuit in the US, and am owed several thousand $. Unfortunately the claims administrator in the US is incapable of competently disbursing the funds and has gone unresponsive. Any other devs in a similar situation?

Apple accused of creating illegal pseudo-union at Ohio store
I think the Apple Store employees SHOULD organize, but I take the press releases from the unions with a grain of salt. Very big grain. Also, are employees who join the union ineligible for management positions? That could be a big disincentive to joining the union.

How Apple's iPhone 14 emergency satellite service works for users
This is a feature that other handset manufacturers and Google won't easily be able to copy. Who else would set up all the infrastructure required? Carrier Tmobile might get there, but I imagine their satellite plans will work best with iPhones that have satellite chips already. -
Apple pulled a record 439K apps in Q2, including abandonware
I don’t mind Apple removing old apps from the store. But as a developer, I really wish they would fix a related bug. Apps that have been pulled from the store don’t work with TestFlight. TestFlight has become an essential tool for developers, and blocking access to it for apps we are trying to update is annoying.
