  • Apple's Journal app is getting new features in iOS 18, but it's still not on iPad

With Continuity iPhone Mirroring, We could use Journal on mac, which would be awesome. But missing iPad is a shame.

Well, you would expect pro sales to outstrip at preorder as non flagship phones roll out more steadily and the preorder buyers are chasing higher end.

that said, there isn’t much point in buying an iPhone 14
    • when virtually the same performance and most of the features can be got from a cheaper iPhone 13.
    • apple prices have increased.
    • Apple prices have really increased overseas.
And there is a possibility a lot of people opted to keep their current iPhone and buy the AirPods Pro 2  with their cash instead. They stayed the same price as the old model.
Great points.  It backs up an earlier post where I thought that maybe Apple should do 3 phones,  all the same features but just in different screen sizes.  They could still keep the very entry level SE in addition for very price conscious customers and large corporations love this type of phone.   What we have now with the 14 series is 4 phones but just 2 screen sizes.  I have to question how good that is.

I have a feel that 13 mini might become iPhone SE in the near future. That the only reasoning, that would make sense for this move of introducing 14 plus.

  • T-Mobile activates 5G in more cities, delivers Sprint customers wider LTE access following...

Thanks for the article I’ll check it out. My first phone was on Arial. At the time they were the only affordable carrier that had coverage in Tampa and Pittsburgh. Two important cities for me at the time. I forget what happened to them but for a little while I was on Sprint because they were the cheapest and just as band as everyone else. Have been with AT&T since the iPhone 3G. At home and work, suburbs of the Burgh, I have to use Wi-Fi calling. Verizon without a doubt is better. I would have make the switch when Apple added Verizon but they still had that no data while on a call thing going on with their radios and I needed both because of my work at the time.

Friends keep telling me I should switch to T-Mobile. I figured it can’t be any worse than AT&T.
I was an At&t customer since 2007 till Nov last year. Was skeptical of T-mobile coverage for a long time, especially on the road, even though T-mobile fee is considerably less. But I made the switch finally, and didn’t see any issues till now and actually happy that I did. Coverage is good for the most part on the road and also in the buildings that I’m in.
