Cook promises Apple will 'learn' and 'take action' in memo to workers
According to Cook this has a lot to do with China's economy and not much to do with anything else, including pricing.

Early iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, Apple Watch orders are on the way to customers
I ordered a XS Max 256 GB Space Gray for my wife around 3:10 a.m. on the pre-order launch day from the Apple Store app on my phone. This was on their upgrade program where you pay monthly and can get a new phone each year. It left ZhengZhou, China on the 16th and is supposed to arrive here tomorrow.

Apple issues first public betas of iOS 12 and tvOS 12
I've been running the iOS 12 Beta 2 on my iPhone 7 for several days now (through the Appleseed program) and haven't experienced any problems. Seems like a pretty stable release overall.

Video: 2018 sixth generation iPad with Apple Pencil support for only $329
The video and the article both mention the lower end model being 64 GB, whereas there is no 64 GB model, only a 32GB and a 128 GB model. Might want to correct that.
