    Serious question - I want to know how someone burns 180 calories in 11 minutes on an elliptical where your heart rate is only at 144. I think something is off. On my Apple Watch Series 4, I burn about 175-200 calories in 15-20 minutes on a Bowflex Max Trainer M3 (like an elliptical mixed with a stair stepper) or an elliptical. My heart rate averages between 145-160 for the duration of the exercise. That's a ton of calories in the screenshot, so I'm confused how that's possible. Anyone else seeing this kind of calorie burn in that short amount of time with that low of heart rate?
