Thanks for the review Mike, we couldn't have had a better, or more vivid recommendation. As you say, the current instantiation of AVP might be lacking but the platform possibilities are enormous. It's going to be a slow burn while the content and connectivity expand and the HW contracts.

Not sure I understand your point about the Objective See apps. I have a number of them and they work well.

As per Michelb76, too many false-positives, RansomeWhere is better but every single alert has been a false-positive.

You could always select the items in the Finder to be combined into a PDF, right-click on the selection and choose Quick Actions > Create PDF. The originals are left in place and a new PDF is created instantly in the same folder. The order of the pages in the resulting PDF is that of the selection order and the name is usually that of the first item.

Preview could then be used to check or rearrange the pages if necessary. I just view the PDF using the Spacebar to check it's OK.

The neutering of this aspect of the bill was completely inevitable. What is interesting is why the government, despite knowing full well the negative consequences to end to end encrypted services, attempted to argue the opposite for so long? To which constituency were they appealing?
