Apple and Verizon pointing fingers at each other about iPhone XS activation failures
Had the same issue and ended up using and old zip and PIN number but the phone number did not transfer. I swapped SIM cards and now everything works. Talk about a pain. Don’t care who is at fault just fix the issue.
