Absolutely. Kinda getting tired of apple and this 256GB 512GB levels. At the price they sell these computers 1TB should be the standard. Starting to become a Joke in 2025 as far as storage goes.

The reductions are not really justified. they can lose some money and still be overly profitable. Layoffs only artificially make the bottom line look better.

I am not trying to be argumentative but look at this. Come on $6000 and $1000 for the stand. Did the price of aluminum go up or something. Just acknowledge that this is gouging and I will concede to the rest of your argument.

I never thought i would say this but I am almost over Apple. The crap storage capacities they sell are a joke. 256GB for any $1000 plus machine is ridiculous. Also upgrade charges for larger SSDs are horrible. Apple is becoming a Joke when it comes to cost weighed against value. Do not get me wrong, they have the best Software and Hardware but the cost of RAM and Storage space is a joke. Also the computers in 2021 still starting at 256 GB is laughable. I think I have one more Apple purchase in me, then I may look to move on.
