I recently bought what I assume to be the previous version of this… before I immediately returned it. It failed to attach well to the exact type of vents it was designed for. And the magnets also were not secure enough to keep the phone in place. I’d suggest waiting for reviews before you jump on this one. 

Well, that was an absolute snooze fest. Perhaps this is why Apple wants people back in the office. I’ll look forward to Stage View, as that seems very practical. And certainly lots of small useful details. But, when the whole thing starts with a minor Lock Screen update, you knew it wasn’t going to be awesome. Normally I’m hugely enthusiastic about whatever they announce, but, well, not this time…

Oh, oh, I see GAMING accessories, not GAMBLING accessories. I guess that makes more sense. Just a little misread there…

Dictating features and product design (that is not safety related) by a governmental body is ridiculous. Governments generally suck at questions of technology. And last time I checked Apple products are immensely popular as the company has chosen to design them. The ‘walled garden’ is something that I as a consumer has chosen to support. I definitely don’t want the EU or China or the US government for that matter trying to legislate product design and features. It’s a massive overstep. It’s just like the ‘backdoor’ that governments have been trying to manipulate into happening. This proposed law will take away my freedom to choose the product I want. 

How Apple didn’t see these privacy and security threats to their users and to society is mind boggling.
