  • Windows won't dominate enterprise in a decade, says outgoing Jamf CEO

Apple was in the enterprise business many years back.  They got complacent, and finally just stopped doing anything with Mac OS Server until it just died of old age.

Now they want us to trust them again?  Spend huge dollars on their equipment just to be forgotten again?  Fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me twice, shame on me.

And, no one wants to use the free Apple productivity apps except people who are so anti-MS they force themselves to, or are to cheap to pay for MS Office like everyone else.

  • Spotify announces Premium price increase worldwide

"So that we can keep innovating, we are changing our Premium prices across a number of markets around the world."

What, exactly, has Spotify done that is considered "innovating"?

  • Musk warns Twitter rebrand to X will happen soon

Once rebranded, what will a post be called if not a "tweet"?  Just when I think Musk can't kill Twitter any faster, he proves me wrong.

  • LG UN73 UHD TV review: Beautiful screen with a laggy operating system

Why not simply Over Ride the LG Web 5.0 Operating System by plugging in your Macintosh through HDMI.  You get the best of both worlds.  Depending on your Mac you may even get better colours or at least customize it to your preference, and save it.  Also hard wire the TV with Ethernet, that's huge for lag.
Which remote do I use to control what is coming from my Mac or do I have to have a long HDMI cable running across the floor to keep the Mac next to me?

I can't imagine a world where the "best" is using a computer to run a TV.  Just buy a streaming box.  They're cheap and do a great job -- better than built-in TV OS's.  Of course, I prefer AppleTV boxes...we have 5 of them.  No lag and great performance.

  • Twitter loses half its ad revenue, still weighed down by debt

So according to the comments, it was a sinking ship destined to doom in a couple weeks, that it won’t have any staff to run it, to now, that it will sink eventually? So if it doesn’t, then it will be the success of the new CEO?
Give me a break. He does and says stupid shit from time to time - true, but he never loses. The platform is a much more fun place to be right now and I bet you my iPad that it won’t fail 😉
Reminds me of someone else who is drowing in legal issues now.  I've no horse in the Twitter race as it has zero value to me, but just wondering what has changed that makes it a "more fun place to be right now"?
