  • TikTok monitors everything users type when using in-app browser

Remember this when you hear developers complain about not having their own App Store and full control. Things will get worse.
Remember that Apple is the sole source of apps and we have TikTok iOS apps stealing passwords and credit card numbers.  Good job, Apple.

    The real question…
Why does the iPhone still have a Lightning port instead of a USB-C port?
Lightning is thinner, allowing more room for electronics, and thinner cases. And thin is in, baby!
Is there actually anything over or under the lightning port inside an iPhone?  The teardown pics don't show much of anything.  What electronics would be squeezed out if a USB-C port were installed?

I think the issue is that Apple is advertising these as great deals, which they are IF YOU WANT ALL OF THE SERVICES. For me, and it appears several others, it really doesn’t save us anything, and including things we don’t want or need doesn’t sweeten the pot.
My local grocery store sometimes runs a special where you get two free bottles of Coca-Cola when you buy two bottles.   If you want that much Coca-Cola, it's a good deal.  If you only need one bottle, then it isn't.

There is nothing wrong with offering discounts to volume purchasers.

Apple is offering a discount to those buying all of their services.  If you were intending to buy all the services, it's a good deal.  If you were only going to buy some of them, you may find that you don't save money, but you get a few extra services for free.  Who knows? you might try those extra services and like them.  If you only want one service, then buying the bundle is not for you.

Who is talking about wanting only ONE service?  I've got 3 services.  I get emails from Apple ensuring me I can get a better deal with Apple One.  I do the math and realize I can't get a better deal.  I'll repeat myself -- why does the Family plan (for 6 people) only have a 200GB iCloud plan?  If Apple made it 2TB for $19.95, that would be a deal.

Apple One bundles would be better if you could tailor them to your needs. I don’t care for Apple Arcade and 2 TB of storage is too small in the grand scheme of things.
You can add an extra 2TB of storage to your family plan for $9.99/month.   $39.99/month gets you Apple One Premier for the whole family with 4TB of storage.
I spend $24.97 now for 2TB iCloud, Apple Music and Apple TV+.  There is no option cheaper than that via Apple One that includes 2TB.  Hence, useless to me.  UseFUL, would be what i have now for $19.99.  I'd hop on that in a minute.
You can get iCloud Disc storage of 2TB for 9,99. So what's the problem?
$19.95 for Family plan + $9.99 for 2TB is ---wait for it...almost $30.  I spend $25 now.  Why would I spend more for what I have now?
