Apple burns early iPad Pro adopters, loyal customers with Magic Keyboard incompatibility
AutigerMark said:Sorry but I don’t think a person can reasonably expect a fitment-specific accessory designed to for generation A to also fit generation B. Doesn’t matter how expensive it is.
When I buy a case for an iPhone it’s with the understanding that it’s (likely) only going to 100% fit the iPhone I’m buying. -

It's bad enough paying the ridiculous prices for the iPad Pro. -
More supposed evidence of rumored next-generation Apple TV remote surfaces
mystigo said:The current AppleTV Remote is arguably the worst design they ever came up with. At least with the hockey puck mouse you could feel for the wire. In a dark room, if you are lucky enough to even find the remote you have a very low chance of doing what you were hoping to do. I have turned captions on by accident more times than I have hit the button I wanted the first time.
The new one better have simple buttons to fast forward/rewind and a frigging MUTE BUTTON. -
Chrome is still a memory hog on macOS compared to Safari
This article is being questioned by others saying the person who tested did not count the "Safari renderer" processes (which are rather large memory consumers) when counting Safari usage.
I, personally, set Safari and Chrome to open the same 5 tabs at start, and if you count ALL the Safari processes, it's actually MORE than Chrome.
This article is just untrue. -
Apple TV+ has 'no excuse' for lagging growth, says Netflix co-founder
I don't see how AppleTV+ can even compare to Netflix or Disney+. Netflix is like the Blockbuster of streaming with content from literally everywhere, and Disney has decades of movies from all of their studios. What does Apple TV+ have? A handful of movies/shows that it has purchased for tons of money? Apple would need to partner with major studios to have access to their content to compete with Netflix or Disney.
As it is, Apple like your local theatre. It has a new movie every now and then, maybe you like it, maybe you don't. Except you're paying every month whether you like the offering of the month or not.
