Conversely, would any of these shows get this much constant attention if they weren't produced/offered by Apple? Christ, Hollywood and Apple are made for each other. So much navel gazing.

Why? So you can pay more? Buy from wherever is cheapest, has what you want, and is selling genuine goods/is an authorized reseller to make sure your warranty coverage is in place. There's no difference in the object, they all came from the same dark corner of Shenzhen. Holding a "grudge" about where you buy stuff is silly.

Given that Affinity can't even update its apps on a regular schedule, has admitted to financial difficulty (limited developer resources, layoffs), and currently has support message boards full of people complaining about bugs in their amateur-hour software, I don't think Adobe has much of anything to worry about.
