Apple Studio Display vs Samsung ViewFinity S9 5K -- compared
If the Samsung Viewfinity S9 5K has got a Mini-DisplayPort as well as Thunderbolt, does this mean you could connect 2 computers at once (eg. Mac on TB / PC on Mini-DP) and switch between connected computers, like you can on the Dell? For me the only reasons I don't want to buy the current Studio Display are:- limited to 60fps (which they all are at 5K, seemingly)- connecting a PC to the Apple Studio Display seems completely unsupported (doable, but not simple... it's a monitor, fer chrissakes...)- No built in KVM for switching between 2 computers (whereas the Dell 5K one has a built in KVM, for instance) -

After years of silence, Apple finally reveals how many App Store users it has in Europe
Why do the European Union care how many users in Europe Apple has? Shouldn't they only care about how many users are in the European Union (which is a subset of Europe), i.e. the territory they have jurisdiction over? The European Digital Services Act is about to be fully enforced, and as part of the law, Apple has been forced to disclose how many users it has in Europe for the first time in five years.
As part of its mandatory reporting for the European Union Digital Services Act (DSA), Apple has been forced to publish discrete user numbers for online services. The values only apply to Europe.
