Apple security chief Thomas Moyer indicted in concealed firearm permit bribery case
actually, both a Militia and the people's right shall not be infringe. I find it interesting skipped over the part between the two commas.
This is not my analysis of the language this is the analysis of people who understand the US constitution far better than anyone on any forum. So the individual has right to have arms whether a person is part of a Militia or not and no law can be pass to infringe on either of those rights.

I think you’ll find private militias & their activities are illegal and/or very “highly regulated” in every state. Georgetown Law School has a page where you can look up the laws covering such in each state:

Congressman says antitrust hearing confirmed Apple's 'deeply disturbing' behavior
Epic, thru Fortnite, made approx $1.5B last year selling to teens, pre-teens, the digital equivalent of the paper cut-out clothes, costumes, dolls, etc, that used to be included for free in Sunday newspapers — And that, as far as I can tell, no one but Epic can create and sell - and somehow Apple is overcharging and is the bad guy? Lol
And given Epic‘s recent claims in its court filings about its importance to the world community as a communications platform, it seems fortnite is becoming a platform...albeit a virtual one. Perhaps they shouldn’t be allowed to compete on their platform either?Anytime I’ve bought something “in-app” that was pricey, it wasn’t Apples 30% I was rolling my eyes over, it was that net 70% on something that has a marginal cost of near zero to produce the +1 unit that I bought. Useless items like skins and game packs especially so.

Epic seeks 'coalition' of Apple critics as fight over App Store policies intensifies
david808 said:PDRPRTS said:there is no choice outside the mall. you either sell in the mall or you cannot sell at all.I don’t agree with this. Apple isn’t saying that you cannot set up shop in a location that’s outside the mall, ....————
more importantly, Epic wants to sell in apples mall because the customers in apples mall are well off and spend money....they just want to pay strip mall “pricing/rents” vs the going rate to access Apples bespoke customer base....but isn’t there value to pay to get access to that mall and revenue stream? It’s simply a business decision you have to make. If not, you don’t sell in that mall.

Epic Games CEO says Apple suit is about 'basic freedoms,' calls Apple a middleman
I don’t think this is just about money...I think this is also about data collection (and resale?) on the part of Epic...and others...of the iOS customer base. Epic will also complain about apple and App Store policies preventing them from “connecting” to their customers. “You” are the buyer and “you” are the product. -
Nobody will win the Apple versus Epic Fortnite battle, not even consumers

app-bucks, would you still say that Apple should get zero money because it required zero effort?
