    Getting the heat off of the battery and the processor is the first priority. After that, it's not that big an issue. The graphene heat sink is more important for getting heat away from critical components, which will be more efficient than what's there now.

    Immigrant versus permanent resident of the United States. Meaning someone who will eventually return to their home country and is working with a Visa rather than a local person with a home and such.

    I totally get what you guys are saying, I do. Really.

    But we report the news around Apple, and rumors are news. We're not going to skip a story because it's "too soon." We cover it because it is newsworthy.

    It's like you guys are asking a news channel to hold off on hurricane coverage because we just had one last week. (not equating iPhone rumors to hurricanes lol)

    What does this mean?
    It means if you have a season ticket to attend the games in real life, purchased from MLS, you get a code from Apple/MLS for one full season access to MLS Season Pass. It can only be redeemed once, but it is for the whole current season. It's a perk for people who buy season passes to attend any/all games in person at a given venue or for a specific team.

    I'll offer this: Apple's 30% charge is a commission. However, some people refer to it as a tax as a way to slight the idea of the payment as being unjustified.

    Yes, tax has a literal meaning, and Apple isn't a government. But sometimes, colloquialisms will win out.

    And the title doesn't say Apple is appealing a Supreme Court ruling. It says Apple is appealing the Supreme Court, which in this context means making a request -- if you want to be semantic about it.
