  • MacBook Pro with SD card slot, no Touch Bar coming in 2021

SD card slot would be a backwards move that I can’t see Apple taking.
Just like Apple going backwards and re-introducing the scissor mechanism keyboard to replace the failed butterfly keyboard?  The Touchbar is a failure.  Removing the Touchbar also helps reduce the cost of the product.

    TouchBar forever!

As long as there’s a physical ESC key...

Pro Cameras have WiFi built in, and even if not, transferring pictures is done rarely, easily done with a tumbdrive-style adapter. Why waste space on a dedicated slot?
The touchbar has always been a joke.  Good riddance.  How do you know transferring pictures is done rarely?  I am sure photographers do it daily.  The SD slot in prior MacBooks did not take up any space that affected the use of the MacBook.  My 2015 MacBook Pro has MagSafe, Thunderbolt, USB, Audio Out, HDMI, and an SD slot.  None of those ports waste space.  I also don't need dongles.

  • Apple plans thinner, high-end MacBook Air

Jony Ive is gone...for good.  Enough of the obsession on thin.  What does a thinner MacBook translate to?  It means less battery life and a lousy keyboard.  Two things no one wants.

  • Apple Car US production reportedly assigned to Hyundai subsidiary Kia

Proposed models include Puma, Leopard, Mojave, Catalina, and the flagship of the line Big Sur which will have all the bells and whistles. Sure sounds better than Tesla’s S, X, Y, 3.
That's not how Apple names their hardware.  It would be Apple Car, Apple Car 2, Apple Car 3, The new Apple Car, Apple Car, Apple Car, and Apple Car.

  • Apple, Prepear enter settlement negotiations over fruit logo trademark

This is Apple being the big bully by suing anyone with a logo that is a fruit.  Anyone trying to defend Apple is just plain sad.

As noted above, remember when Apple Records sued Apple Computer, Inc. for violating their original agreement of never entering the music business because Apple Records initially threatened Apple Computer, Inc. with legal action for being too similar to Apple Records?  In that case, both had Apple in their names and both used the Apple fruit as their logo.  When the iTunes Store was announced, Apple Records politely reminded Apple Computer, Inc. of their original agreement.  Apple had to beg and plead to get out of that agreement.  Now Apple is the big bully suing anyone that uses a fruit?  They are not even in tech and a pear is in no way shape or form similar to an Apple.  Nor would anyone confuse a pear with an apple.  This other company would not have harmed Apple or their business in any way.  It is nothing like the eMachines iMac clone back in the day.
