    A behemoth with how much of the mobile phone market exactly? Of the desktop market? Of the laptop market? Epic just wants free access to customers.  This is a dead suit. Every reseller/store pays a wholesale price. And in grocery stores you also pay a shelving fee. If I won't pay that Safeway won't carry my product. So good luck here...
    49% market share in the mobile phone market. The mobile phone market is a duopoly. There’s no need to sugarcoat things. With both Apple and Google being under investigation for their business practices. When it comes to tablets, Apple is at 85% market share. MacOS doesn’t matter, as there they allow the installation of 3rd party software installation methods.
    of course, we’re only talking the US and the EU here, as that’s where the investigations are taking place.
