The medications tracking feature will be fabulous. However Apple mentioned FDA approval in their presentation, so I infer that this feature will not be rolled out worldwide for years, much like the Afib warnings feature took years to deploy outside the US. I'm still waiting for Visual Look Up to be deployed in Canada, and that feature doesn't require any government approval. When Apple announces a feature in their keynote speech that's only available in the US, they should always make that clear, otherwise they are disappointing 96% of the world.

I’m normally not one to harp on how much I liked Jobs over Cook. But Steve would have found a way to connect with the workers and make them feel heard instead of paying millions to a shady law firm to commit crimes and union bust. 

Apple’s unethical behaviour here isn’t even in line with the standards they set for suppliers. And that’s the thing that really bothers Me.
