  • New Apple Watch study aims to cut blood thinner use by AFib patients

The Apple Watch is an remains a non-professional health device.
No matter how much marketing budget spent on it, the lack of interfaces to measure physical health parameters in secure and robust manners hamper the medical innovation. Then there is the (related) ongoing problem of authorization needed to become a keep player in this industry that Tim Cook fails to address properly.  Instead, there is always words, words, words

Again (and again and again and again…)
An iOS16 Beta is a Beta only if it has a frozen feature set.
I can have a planned feature set but, based on beta testing, decide not to ship a feature.
You can (and Apple obviously will…), but then by definition it was alpha testing instead.

An iOS16 Beta is a Beta only if it has a frozen feature set. A Beta with retarded features is….think 3 times….an Alpha !
Well answered. Now just keep that in mind.

And so - if the consequence is that in the Cookist’ Apple era there will be no more beta’s (as things only are finished when they are finished which they obviously  never are…) there probably won’t be any more beta’s.
    Just face it.

  • iPhone 14 Pro will get better OLED screen than iPhone 14

I’d be curious to know if many people really notice the difference between good screen technologies and the absolute best these days, given the overall high quality of the various types. Of course we’d notice big improvements to battery life, thinness and/or durability that an improved screen could provide, and I know some people love those 120hz refresh rates, but the differences I’ve seen in recent years seem so minor to me.
We would surely notice batt improvement, but apparently Tim doesn’t want us to talk about that as it might add to the expectations.  The only subject he wants the public to talk about is screens and cameras (snore, snore…)
