Apple releases updates for iOS 17.7, iPadOS 17.7, macOS Ventura, and Sonoma
After updating Ventura(Intel Mac) 13.7 and Safari to v.18, Settings(Preferences) fails to launch. Cleared history and caches as well as shutdown and restart.
I'm thinking this is on Apple's side. Hopting someone else can confirm or deny.
